What is your media turnaround time?
We deliver photos next morning by 9:00am, our 3D Tours / Floor plans are delivered in 24- 48 hours and our videos 1-3 business days.
What is your service area?
We service Madison, Milwaukee and Northwest Wisconsin areas. The best way to check our service area is to go to our order form and enter the property info.
Do you shoot commercial projects?
We offer commercial media packages for Short & Mid-term rentals, Commercial Properties and Designers. Check our Commercial Media Page.
How will I get my media delivered?
Once your shoot is edited, you’ll get an email with a link to your private delivery page. No account, username, or password needed. Just click the link and everything for your listing is in one place.
From your delivery page you can:
Download your photos in MLS-ready sizes (already resized for you) or full high-resolution for print, individually or all at once.
Watch and download your video, and grab links that are easy to share.
Access your virtual tour and floor plans, with links ready to paste into the MLS, Zillow, or your social posts.
Share straight to social media or save files directly to your phone, with no zip files to deal with.
Your media stays available on your delivery page, so you can come back for a file anytime, even after the listing goes live. Past shoots are saved there too.
How do I prepare the home for the photoshoot?
Turn on all lights, open blinds, clear countertops, hide personal items (photos, toiletries, pet bowls), and move cars out of the driveway. We’ll send you a full prep checklist when you book. A well-prepared home is the biggest factor in great photos.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Light rain or clouds usually don’t stop interior & exterior photos we'll apply a blue-sky replacement during editing. For aerials, we’ll reschedule at no charge. We’ll reach out if conditions look questionable.
Do I need to be at the property during the shoot?
No. We just need access, such as a Supra eKey or lockbox code, showing service instructions, or a homeowner on site. Let us know about alarms, pets, or rooms to skip when you book
